The Italian American Association will be hosting New Year’s Eve again this year. There will be a wonderful array of hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, delicious carving stations, dessert and coffee/tea. It will be a BYOB event (a) to keep the cost down, and (b) to avoid the expense for those of you who do not prefer alcohol.
 Hors D’oeuvres: 8:30- 9:30 pm
Clams Oreganato, Cocktail Franks, Coconut Shrimp, Crabmeat stuffed Mushrooms, Flank Steak with Brie Cheese & Caramelized Vidalia onions, Fried Cheese Ravioli, Grilled Chicken Roasted Peppers & fresh Mozzarella, Lobster Phyllo Triangles, Scallops wrapped with Bacon, Eggplant & Olive Tapenade served on a Pita Crisp, Lump Crabmeat served in a Phyllo Shell, Smoked Salmon on Endive with Dill Sauce and Capers, Whipped Ricotta, Roasted Tomatoes, Basil & Olive Oil served on Crostini.
Antipasto Station-Roasted Peppers, Grilled Eggplant, Vegetables, Sundried Tomato, Fresh Mozzarella, Sliced Plum Tomato, Hot and Sweet Sopressata, Prosciutto, Salami, Provolone, Italian Bread & Dipping Oils.
Carving Stations – Thyme & Black Pepper Roasted Turkey.  Honey Glazed Spiral Ham, Assortment of Bread and Rolls, Condiments.
Mini Meals – Grilled Baby Lamb Chop over Sweet Smashed Potatoes, and Sliced Filet Mignon over Portabella Infused Smashed Potatoes with a Bordelaise Drizzle, Sauteed Shrimp Provencale over Risotto Milanese.
